The present investigation generates a road maintenance plan, where georeferencing, vehicular mobility studies, soil tests, field tests were carried out to know the state and structural behavior of the road surface. The study road after the evaluation of existing traffic was presented as a type II collector road according to the classification of the regulations, it was also determined that it has a subgrade of acceptable quality with a percentage of support capacity (CBR) of 18 %, said subgrade is made up of poorly graded sands. Regarding the surface layer, when evaluated by the method (PCI), pavement condition index, it is known that with an average rating of 80.31, which defines it within the classification as good superficial condition and in the same way Structurally, because for its evaluation with the Benkelman beam test with which admissible deflections are measured, it presented type I deflections that refer to an adequate behavior of the pavement structure. The information obtained will help us define the type of maintenance necessary on the road under study, which in this case corresponds to periodic maintenance, as well as the time in which interventions must be carried out with the different activities that correspond to road maintenance. , that is, it defines what to do and when to do it.
