NIVEL DE ESTRÉS, ANSIEDAD Y DEPRESIÓN EN ESTUDIANTES DE ENFERMERÍA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE LOJA

RESUMEN
Introducción: Las alteraciones de la salud mental generan un desequilibrio en todas las áreas en las que se desarrolla un individuo, siendo la salud física una de las más afectadas. Objetivo: Identificar los niveles de estrés, ansiedad y depresión en los estudiantes de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de Loja. Métodos: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, alcance descriptivo y corte transversal, en el que participaron 221 estudiantes de la carrera de Enfermería, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento la escala DASS-21, que cuenta con 21 preguntas divididas en 3 subescalas Depresión (DASS-D), Ansiedad (DASS-A) y Estrés (DASS-S) y un Alfa de Cronbach de 0.9. Resultados: Los resultados obtenidos revelan que la mayor parte del grupo de estudio se encuentran entre los 20 a 22 años, el 78,3% son mujeres y el 90% son solteros; en cuanto al nivel de estrés de la población estudiada, el 52,5% no presentan estrés, mientras que 47,5% presenta algún grado de esta patología, los niveles de depresión están ausentes en el 44,8%, en tanto que el 55,2% presenta niveles de depresión que oscilan de leve a severo. Los niveles de ansiedad no se evidencian en el 28,1% y el 71,9% mantienen niveles de ansiedad que van de leve a extremadamente severo. Conclusiones: Se identificó que en los estudiantes de Enfermería existen niveles de estrés, depresión y ansiedad que oscilan de leve a extremadamente severo, donde los más frecuentes son estrés leve, depresión leve y ansiedad extremadamente severa.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Mental health disorders generate an imbalance in all areas in which an individual operates, physical health being one of the most affected. Objective: To identify the levels of stress, anxiety and depression in Nursing students of the National University of Loja. Methods: Study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive and cross-sectional scope, in which 221 Nursing students participated, the survey technique was used and the DASS-21 scale, which has 21 questions, was used as an instrument. divided into 3 subscales Depression (DASS-D), Anxiety (DASS-A) and Stress (DASS-S) and a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.9. Results: The results obtained reveal that most of the study group is between 20 and 22 years old, 78.3% are women and 90% are single; Regarding the level of stress of the population studied, 52.5% do not present stress, while 47.5% present some degree of this pathology, levels of depression are absent in 44.8%, while the 55.2% have levels of depression ranging from mild to severe. Anxiety levels are not evident in 28.1% and 71.9% maintain anxiety levels ranging from mild to extremely severe. Conclusions: It was identified that in Nursing students there are levels of stress, depression and anxiety ranging from mild to extremely severe, where the most frequent are mild stress, mild depression and extremely severe anxiety.
