Abstract

The present investigation determined the relationship between Higher Education Institutions and their social responsibility with companies and institutions of the public and private sector, conceptually it is about justifying the commitment to society, through a link that contributes significantly to social transformation. , looking for equity not with the redistribution of wealth, speaking as such of money, but of the wealth that corresponds to knowledge with a transfer of techniques and technologies that lead to compliance with the state policy that corresponds to good living. The contribution of the research made it possible to show that the projects developed by teachers and students who have intervened in the linking processes have improved the conditions of productivity, economy and improvement of the products of five dairy producing associations in the province of Tungurahua. The requirements of the standard and the minimum compliance factors were taken into account to certify each of the associations, in addition, quantitative data of compliance with each of the requirements, related to Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, was used, weighing the level of compliance. of each of the associations regarding the objectives set out in the linkage projects.
