Dublin Core
The system of this magazine favors that the authors/ACE participate in the indexing of the consignments. The system itself also generates some of the indexing or metadata (e.g., the title of the journal, the date, the URL, etc.). metadata, or data on other data, is equivalent to a series of terms that describe the document or data in a number, hence the comparable use of indexing terms that have the same function. The journal uses a metadata protocol for indexing consignments that was developed and maintained thanks to the Open Archives Initiative (OAI) which, in turn, comes from the Dublin Core Metadata initiative. The OAI metadata collection protocol is the emerging standard for research, allowing condescending OAI search engines to create resource-based search indices worldwide. However, the contents of the journal are also available through Google and other online search engines.
Metadata. Dublin Core consists of 15 metadata used to identify and describe documents. Traditional indexing terms are included to identify documents, such as author, title, Description (Summary), or topic, allowing for more detailed or granular indexing by also including other elements, such as file type, field, and Sponsor. The magazine's manager and editor have selected the appropriate metadata for the journal and provided examples of each (based on the scope and focus of the journal) to guide the authors.
When you enter the summary, you can use limited HTML to get more complex formats.
Indexing advantages. Authors are encouraged to complete the indexing of their submission in step 2 of the shipping process and will have the opportunity to review and correct the metadata as part of the editorial process. Metadata will also be reviewed in the correction step. In this journal, the metadata will be "picked up" from a number of unique search engines that create, for all purposes, a search or guide index. Jobs that are well indexed will be easier to find for people who need them and are more likely to cite them. Although there are limits to the number of terms with which a job can be indexed, the authors are encouraged to reflect on the position and situation of their work by virtue of the detailed indexing.
