Abstract

We present the case of a 13-year-old boy who, due to trauma, suffered a ruptured right lobe of the liver, which caused a massive intra-abdominal hemorrhage in which he lost more than 50% of the blood volume, leading to a state of shock hypovolemic, which produced hypoxia and cardiac arrests, in which we did damage control surgery and the next day surgical surgery.A 23-year-old patient who suffered from a fall on the first floor, suffered internal bleeding due to injury to the lower pole of the right kidney and minor intra-abdominal tears, caused an internal hemorrhage that we resolved with reconstruction of the kidney lesion and suture of tears of the left kidney. mesosA third patient of 45 years, who presented severe cholangitis due to obstructive lithiasic icterus, which led to septic shock, collapse of liver function with large intake of the general condition which was solved with cholecystectomy, choledocholithotomy and placement of a probe in T, which had a very favorable recovery.Finally, a fourth patient, a 15-year-old boy, was taken to our center with an evident abdominal perfo-ration syndrome, with abdomen in the table, in the middle of septic shock and multiple organ failure, at least three of them, say circulatory failure, given by a tachycardia of more than 160 beats per minute, put peripheral not detectable and without blood pressure detectable with the normal sphygmo-manometer, with the digital 50/30, hematopoietic failure, only 2000 leukocytes and thrombocytopenia were found in less than 100000 and renal failure with elevated creatinine, was treated and in a period less than two weeks left walking from the hospital.Patients treated in the Dr. Galo González Hospital in Lago Agrio, Province of Sucumbíos.
