Abstract

Actually, tendon diseases are very common in our environment, especially in athletes. There are numerous types of treatment in the conservative management of tendon pathology. Unfortunately, a prolonged recovery time is required, which is why we have seen the need to investigate new treatments that improve the evolution of patients, allowing them to reintegrate as soon as possible to their daily activities. Platelet factors constitute a technique of tissue regeneration used to accelerate the healing and healing of musculoskeletal injuries, mainly in ligament and tendon diseases. It is a minimally invasive technique that can be used as a complement in conventional surgery or can be applied locally on an outpatient basis. Its action reduces pain and accelerates the healing of injuries, allowing a faster recovery of the patient. The objective of this article is carry out an updated literature
