In 1998 was the first attempt to objectively define the picture of fluctuating neuropsychiatric disorders associated with frequent infections. Objective: Clinical characterization of patients diagnosed with PANDAS. Method: A retrospective longitudinal descriptive study was performed with 56 patients diagnosed with PANDAS between 2006 and 2016. All data were obtained from the patients' medical records. Results: The mean age of onset of the mean age is 6.7 years with ± 2.7 years of standard deviation. Sixty-four percent of the patients had recurrent infections. Of the clinical symptoms, 93% had tics and behavioral disorders, followed by 73% with ADHD. With regard to sex 17 were female to 30.4% the rest 39 are male to 69.6%. Conclusions: In the presented series the disorder was more frequent in males than in females. The age of onset of the condition and the main symptoms are congruent with that reported in the literature.
