Cov 2 SARS pneumonia (COVID – 19) and Polycythemia. Filing a case.

Abstract
Introduction: An infection, COVID-19, was detected in December. Symptoms: cough, fever and dyspnoea. Male patients, smokers with comorability develop severe respiratory conditions with high mortality. It affects the lungs, clotting, kidney and cardiovascular system.
Objective: Describe a clinical case of COV 2 SARS Pneumonia and Polycythemia.
Material and methods: Retrospective descriptive study, clinical case presentation of Pneumonia by SARS Cov 2 and Polycythemia.
Results: Male patient, 41 years old, prediabetes and polycythemia, smoker. With cough, dyspnoea, arthralgias, To 38.5oC, FR22rp', FC105lp' and Sat.O2 80-85%. Leuco4010uL, Neu 71.8%, Hb21.1g/dL, Hct63%, Plaq: 275000uL, gluc 169.91g/dl, ferritin500.61ng/ml, PCR24mg/dl; Nasopharyngeal swab: CoVid-19 positive; TAC Thorax: Opacity in frosted glass, bilateral multilobar consolidations. Treated with fluoroquine, macrolide, corticoid, ASA, O2 and phlebotomy. At the 3rd week there is evidence of improvement by discharged.
Conclusion: The severity of SARS Cov 2 pneumonia plus polycythemia requires clinical expertise to decrease associated mortality.
