PANCREATIC PSEUDOCYST

Abstract
Patient of 22 years, resident in the Coca with a history of cholecystitis when attending her 6th month of pregnancy. She presented with epigastralgia, nausea and headache. She was admitted to the Coca Hospital with the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis for one month without improvement and, therefore, they refer to the Ambato Teaching Provincial Hospital where she presented: * Blood Chem-istry: Amylase: 236 UL; Lipase: 219.3 UL; Direct Bilirubin: 0.41 mg / dl; Bilirubin Total: 0.64 mg/dl; Glucose: 105.2 mg/dl; GT Range: 26 UL; Sodium: 139 mmol/L; Potassium: 3.24 mmol/dl; Chlorine: 97 mmol/L. * Hematologic Biometrics: Leukocytes: 14820 UL; Neutrophils: 88.7%; Hemoglobin: 10.2 g/dl; Hematocrit: 28.9%; Platelets: 271000 UL. * Abdominal echo reports: Cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, Pancreatic Cyst. Surgical resolution was decided, cystogastroanastomosis.
