Abstract

A descriptive work was carried out in which nursing care was identified postoperative in patients with biliary pathologies, observation guides were applied
servicing both nurses and patients with biliary pathologies who were underwent surgery; it was observed that postoperative care by the
nurse directly influences the prevention of complications being the most frequent pain, hemorrhages, infection at the level of the wound, pulmonary atelectasis
nar, urinary retention and dehiscence of the wound, for which it was necessary to elaborate ration and use of a specific protocol for such cases that allows the
care planning and execution of the necessary actions for recovery tion and maintenance of patient well-being
