Abstract
Glenohumeral lumen appears with severe complications generally disloca-tion processes. Objectives: To present a case of upper limb trauma and its complications. Presentation of the clinical case: Report the case of a 28-year-old patient who presented pain and functional limita-tion at the same level after a trauma at the level of the upper limb. In the radiographic studies, anterior glenohumeral dislocation, fracture of the humeral trochanter and acromioclavicular dislocation RockWood GII performs closed reduction maneuver and immobilizes the joint. Conclusions: Manage-ment with the reduction of glenohumeral dislocations, followed by the evaluation of trochanter displacement, in order to surgically manage the reinsertion of the trochanter with osteosynthesis in case of a significant displacement, is the protocol of choice
