Teaching strategy for the development of community practices in the UNIANDES medical career

Abstract
Introduction: Community practices are laid down in the Regulation of the Academic Regime of Higher Education as indispensable for the professional future to develop skills and skills according to the knowledge acquired.
Objective: Apply a Didactic Strategy for the development of community practices so that the result of learning the student organizes and structures towards individual and collective intervention.
Material and Methods: A quantitative qualitative explanatory study will be carried out to evaluate community practices. Descriptive statistical methods shall be used.
Results:The effectiveness of the Guide to the Development of Community Practice is demonstrated, which contains the elements needed to improve the quality of learning of the basic subjects of UNIANDES' medical career based on the proposed dialogic strategy.
Conclusion: Greater academic coordination is needed among teachers who dictate the basic subjects of the medical career and the tutor who performs the pre-professional practice, to promote integration between the theoretical component, community practices, the learning and building knowledge, bringing greater benefit to society from the applied teaching strategy.
